Meet Your Coach

In many companies, you don't meet your coach until after you talk with a sales team and sign up.

With us, your coach is the first person you meet. She'll take you through an  in-depth diet history / intake before you're even asked to pay a dollar. This is an excellent opportunity to get a feel for each other,  ask questions, and even start putting together a plan before you've signed up.

Get Onboarded

You decide you want to invest yourself and work with us! You begin getting added to our Client Portal, Clients-only resource library, and our membership as your coach puts together your onboarding materials, including the plan you've helped create.

This is where the FUN (and work) begins!
